  • All listed room rates are PER PERSON for the entire four night stay
  • Room rates are in USD and based on double or triple occupancy
  • A $250 per person deposit ($500 for any Presidential suites) is due at the time of booking
  • Choose the payment method that works best for you
  • Solo travelers should  contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team for options 
  • Holidaze does not permit downgrades once a reservation is placed
  • You are able to upgrade without any additional fees (depending on availability)
  • There is a $40 fee per person added to your room cost ($35 ticketing fee + $5 to support Positive Legacy efforts in Mexico)
  • Triple occupancy rooms will have a pull out sofa or rollaway bed for the third person
